Ok, I’m back. And fully intending to make this blog part of my routine. I’m extremely routine-oriented, so when there’s something new that’s NOT part of my routine… well, it gets back-burnered.
Holidays were grand, and the fact that it’s nearly 2011 is semi-freaking me out. I will get in shape this year… all 365 days of it. 2010 was a major high-low year. I peaked in August - running 3 days a week and cross-training another 3 days a week. Now? Yeah, I had a workout last week. And I was sore for 3 days (which was used as my excuse for not working out for a week). And I’m up 2 sizes since the beginning of 2010. Fuuuuuuuck.
I hate setting New Year’s resolutions, because I know that everyone breaks them, but I’m hoping to resolve to not break the New Year’s resolution.
